1 Corinthians 15:35-58

Paul continued to point the people forward. Encouraging them to keep their eyes on what was to come.

👉 Remember: hope for here and hope for heaven

Paul described the resurrection body of the believer. While we often get caught up in things that don’t matter – what will the body look like exactly – Paul reminds them of what is important.

RESURRECTION BODIES

• are imperishable (v 42)
• have glory and power (v 43)
• are spiritual (v 44)
• bear the image of the man from heaven (v 49)
• are immortal (v 53)
• do not feel the sting of death (v 55)

This 👆is what is to come.

So, with that in mind, Paul told them how to respond in the here and now.

BECAUSE OF THE RESURRECTION (v 58)

• be steadfast
• be immovable
• abound in the work of the Lord
• know that your labor is not in vain

👉 Live with hope here because of your hope of Heaven.
