Psalm 76
When the Lord rises up – the soldier is stripped of his spoil – the warrior becomes weak – the horse and rider are stunned.
Because, at the end of the day, no one can stand against the Lord.
And all this power is brought out on behalf of the humble.
I don’t have to be the mighty warrior. I don’t have to be the fearless soldier. I don’t have to be the one on horseback riding over the enemy. God is all those things for me.
The Lord is my strength and shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. Psalm 28:7
