Misplaced hope always leads to disappointment. I don’t know about you but it seems I am having to continually relearn this painful lesson.
Hope placed in people is just a breath – a delusion.
Hope placed in things is temporary and vulnerable.
Hope placed in God – well, that hope is steadfast, sure, and unshakable.
