Here’s the thing.
I feel fragile. Like all of my feelings are hovering barely beneath the surface.
One sharp word. One harsh comment. A look. A misunderstanding. An inconvenience even. Anything can poke a hole in the facade of fine I’m wearing.
It’s okay to not be fine. It’s okay to feel a little fragile or frazzled. Out of sorts or overwhelmed. Scared or scattered.
Let’s be gentle with ourselves and others.
