A Proverb a Day (3/31)

October 3 brings us to Proverbs 3.

We will experience peace when we are faithful to godly teaching. It’s not an “absence of any conflict” kind of peace, but shalom or an “it is well with my soul” type of peace.

“Whatever my lot, Thou has taught me to say, It is well, It is well with my soul.”

Faithfulness brings favor (vs 3-4) and humility brings healing (vs 7-8.)

And a beautiful prayer for today: He blesses the dwelling of the righteous (vs 33.)

Let’s ask God to bless our homes, children, marriages, ministries, and the work of our hands.
