How long did it take me to teach my child that the tags on your clothes go in the back? Or how to tell if her shoes were on the right feet? Then…the school has Silly Sally Backwards Day.
And, yes, she is holding her pants up…she is not wearing high-waters. I must say, it goes against everything in me to watch her walk out of the door with her shoes on the wrong feet. And her clothes on backwards…
Of course, I may have picked an outfit that looked almost exactly the same as if it were being worn correctly.
And…who decided that chocolate cupcakes with blue icing would be a great dessert for Wednesday night supper at church?
My children tend to be…not the neatest eaters anyway…
And, this…seriously…it is so many kinds of wrong to have dogs riding on your motorcycle with you…
It is a danger to those poor dogs…and the crazy lady trying to take their picture while driving 70 mph down the interstate.
Happy Friday!
I couldn’t see most of the pictures…just had to use my imagination! However, I agree, we work so hard to teach them things only to have them contradicted! Oh, well, hopefully she had fun!
Have a great weekend!
Thanks for letting me know, Star! I have really been enjoying your blog.
lol…I too, had troubles with some of the pics…funny though!
have a great weekend!
Thanks for letting me know, Cari! I have fixed the pics.
Love the pictures! I can’t believe that Emily wore her shoes backwards the whole day. That had to have been uncomfortable. 🙂 And who was that crazy lady who took the picture of the dogs while driving on the interstate 70 mph? 🙂
Ha! I don’t know who would do such a thing…clearly someone who was out of her mind! 🙂
Great pictures – thanks for the chuckle today during coffee! 🙂 Take care of the back pain and find some time to have FUN! Have a grat weekend!
oh my gosh, that poor dog!
I would think wearing my shoes on the wrong feet would begin to hurt VERY quickly.
I feel like I always tell my daughter one thing, and then I end up doing what I told her not to do. Oops. I’ve seen a stuffed animal dog on the back of a motorcycle before. At least I think it was stuffed animal. No clue what that was about. You wonder what some people are thinking when they do things.
Not believing someone would put a dog on a motorcycle! Ca…ra…zy! And about the looney lady taking the picture…women are great multitaskers…no problem! LOL!
It’s fun to do things out of the ordinary…I like your daughter’s style! Now if this sticks, well, that’s different 🙂
Lovin’ the pics of those sweet girls!
Have a great weekend!

I still have to tell my 18-1/2 yr old that his shoes are on the wrong feet! …but then again..he’s delayed, poor guy….but they don’t even feel weird to him! :0(
I particularly like the picture of the motorcycle riding dog…. and the comment about how dangerous for the woman trying to take the picture while driving……. 🙂 Glad that it seems she didn’t crash while taking it!
Also like the messy faces – while I don’t have any kids yet, I expect that what goes around comes around- and I was very very messy. 🙂
Those are some great pics! Very funny! I don’t know how long I’d last with my shoes on the wrong feet…makes me shiver just to think about it.
Dogs on motorcycles? That IS wrong. Thanks for the laugh.
HAHA!! Love it! I have taken those pics, too at 70 mph and wondered what I was thinking!
For backwards day at our pre-school, we walked into school and I had completely FORGOTTEN! Horror of horrors!!!
So, fortunately for O-man, there is a trash dump in my car.
I had soccer socks, so he had one sock up and one sock down, a hat he wore inside out AND a splatter painted shirt that had been given to me as a joke by a youth at our church that very week! It was big on him, but we turned his polo inside out and wore the splatter shirt on top. He rocked it like he owned the joint. 🙂
