When we feel adrift and struggle to find our place – the answer isn’t popularity or position – it is more Jesus.

When we feel unworthy – the answer isn’t more works and good deeds – it is more Jesus.

When the future is uncertain – the answer isn’t better laid plans – it is more Jesus.

When the people we love are broken and hurting – the answer isn’t platitudes and catchy cliches – it is more Jesus.

The answer is always Jesus.

Forgive us for forgetting. For pursuing lesser loves. For seeking substitutes. For taking our One constant for granted.

Give us more of you, sweet Jesus.
