Psalm 18
For those of us who belong to the Lord, everything happens within a framework of love. In verse 1, David declared his love for the Lord. He then outlined all that he had gone through and ended his psalm, in verse 50, with an acknowledgement of God’s love for him.
How would it change things if we viewed everything through the lens of “I love the Lord and am loved by the Lord”?
In verse 6, David cried out to the Lord for help. And, if you ever doubt that God is passionate about his children, look at what happens when he heard that cry beginning in verse 7.
God responds to his children.
God rescues his children.
God rewards his children.
Your Heavenly Father is passionate about you. Don’t be afraid to cry out to him for help.
I love your notebook style pictures, your notes make mine seem very messy!! Thanks for this post 🙂
