Ah, anxiety.
It shows up – especially after you’ve just publicly posted about God’s instruction to not be anxious. It’s a plugged up sink, a misunderstanding, or car trouble. Mercy, the car troubles. I don’t know what Paul’s thorn in the flesh may have been but, had he been living in this day and time, I would have said it was vehicle problems.
But, when the power window on your van pops and slowly lowers out of sight never to be seen again, you have a choice to make. And I chose to not be anxious.
Inconvenience is not the same thing as suffering. If I’m choosing to not be anxious over a worldwide pandemic – I must also choose to not be anxious over a broken window. But isn’t it funny how we can trust God with the “big” things but, man, we want to stress ourselves out over a broken whatnot?
God is good – you know the rest – all the time. And, all the time, God is good.
You are loved. Drink some coffee and don’t worry about a thing. Praise Him.
Praying for you to let God take care of that anxiety. It’s hard and satan try’s but we have a mighty God who created your sweet heart and he knows. And He will never fail u
God is so good!
