The book of Proverbs has encouragement and wisdom for everyone and every circumstance. There is (IMO) a key verse in this very first one that speaks to where we are today.

Oh thank you I so needed this today. Yesterday was the first day I have felt any anxiety about all this and distancing from loved ones not in my home.
