I don’t know where last week went, but it sure went quickly.

A nice long weekend and I’m feeling rested and refreshed.

While the rest of the world slept on Saturday night, however, Ella decided to see how much lipstick she could put in her hair.  By the time the sun came up her hair was a big ball of sticky wax.  I have washed her hair about twenty times this weekend and it is, I think, almost out.

I did make this peanut butter pie that I found on a new blog I stumbled upon, From the Same Nest.

First, start by whipping 3 ounces of cream cheese.

Then, add 1/3 cup peanut butter and 1 cup of powdered sugar.

Add 1/4 cup of milk and a container of cool whip.

Instead of a regular pie crust, I used these mini crusts.

If you like, drizzle with chocolate…and why would you not?

Put in the refrigerator for several hours…overnight even.

Then…serve.

De-lish.

That is some serious sweetness.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to go wash my daughter’s hair.
