My daughter loves dessert.  Every night at 7:00 p.m., during what is known in our house as “relax time”, Emily will ask what we have for dessert.  And, being the mommy that I am, I always have something.  The best part, however, is not the hot, gooey chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven.  The best part is the same for my girls as it was for me 15 years ago…okay, 20 years ago…
